Verify a draw

Paste a copy's reference to see exactly how it was drawn, and recompute it yourself.

The reference sits on every copy's record, written as LT- followed by twelve characters.

How it works

  1. 01Before a collection's first draw, the fingerprint of the server seed is written and published. It can no longer change.
  2. 02Each draw combines that seed, your personal seed and the identifier of the event that triggered it.
  3. 03The result is written to the ledger, each line sealing the fingerprint of the one before it.
  4. 04At closing the seed is revealed. Anyone can then redo the computation and find, draw by draw, exactly what the ledger claims.
